Carol is a strategic planning expert, award-winning CEO, and President of Sharity Global. As a fundraiser, Carol has successfully raised over $250 million. She has over 30 years of experience working with governments and nonprofits and is a seasoned facilitator and author of five evidence-based studies on program effectiveness.
In 2016, Carol founded Sharity Global to provide strategic planning, fundraising, facilitation, monitoring and evaluation, advocacy, policy, operational, and other consulting services. Since its inception, Sharity has collaborated with over 100 diverse clients in 36 countries, spanning the government, nonprofit, multilateral, and foundation sectors.
Elizabeth specializes in nonprofit reorganization, and scaling fast-growth organizations. She previously served as the Chief Operating Officer at the Gary Sinise Foundation.
Elizabeth has also served in various executive roles at leading nonprofits and academic institutions, including the National Public Radio, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, and the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. Elizabeth is currently working with Sharity as an Expert and Coach.
