Carol Wick, MS, LMFT, BS
Carol, a nonprofit expert, has worked with governments and nonprofits for over 30 years. She is an experienced strategic planning facilitator, a published author of five evidence-based studies on program effectiveness and community engagement, and a seasoned fundraiser. Carol has personally raised over $250M. She brings experience in earned revenue, budget, and board development.
Elizabeth Fields, MA, BA
Elizabeth specializes in nonprofit reorganization, and scaling fast-growth organizations. She previously served as the Chief Operating Officer at the Gary Sinise Foundation. Elizabeth has also served in various executive roles at leading nonprofits and academic institutions, including theNational Public Radio, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, and the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
Ruth Patrick, MBA, BS
Ruth has spent more than 25 years working in nonprofit executive leadership. She has worked with local, regional, and national nonprofit organizations, including serving as COO of a domestic violence and human trafficking shelter and as CEO of BETA Center, a residential program for pregnant and parenting teens. Ruth has lectured on fundraising and philanthropy at the Edyth Bush Philanthropy Center. She has previously taught and coached grant writing for Sharity.
Madeline Cameron Wardleworth, LLM, LLB, BIR
Madeline is a social change research, communications and writing specialist. She previously served on the senior leadership team at the campaign for a new global treaty specific to ending violence against women. Earlier, Madeline worked as a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at the Columbia Law Center for Intersectionality and Social Policy Studies and African American Policy Forum. She started her career at a global law firm. She has consulted to organizations including TIME'S UP and Diversity Council Australia, for whom she is an expert facilitator.
